Yin Yoga Single Class

Slow down and find stillness in this 60-minute Yin Yoga class designed to help you rest, release, and restore balance in the body, mind, and energy.

In Yin Yoga, postures are held gently and for longer periods of time to access the deep connective tissues, supporting joint mobility and nourishing the fascia. With mindful awareness and breath, we stimulate the flow of Qi (Chi), helping calm the nervous system and guide the body into its parasympathetic state, where true rest, healing, and renewal begin.

Each class is intentionally different.
Every week offers a new focus area or theme, allowing us to explore different parts of the body and energy system. No two classes are ever the same, giving your body a fresh and thoughtful experience each time you arrive.

Some classes may also include gentle MyoYin ball release, enhancing the practice through targeted myofascial release and deeper relaxation.

This practice can help:

  • Calm the mind and reduce stress

  • Improve flexibility and joint health

  • Balance emotions and energy

  • Deepen mindfulness and self-awareness

  • Support meditative stillness and inner connection

Perfect for all levels, including beginners and those newer to Yin. This class is taught in a calm, welcoming environment with plenty of options and variations, so you can practice at your own pace and comfort level.

All props are provided, including bolsters, blocks, blankets, and balls, just bring yourself and settle in.

**Weekly emails will be sent sharing the upcoming class theme and focus, so you’ll know what we’re exploring before you arrive.

All classes must be signed up for at least 2 hours prior to start time.
