
Hi, I’m Natalie, and I guide yoga, Pilates, and holistic wellness in Allen, Texas, and the greater DFW area. My goal? To help you reconnect with your body, bring ease to your thoughts, and build movement and lifestyle habits that actually fit your life.
Through Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Pilates, and holistic coaching, I blend mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional rest so your body feels supported, your nervous system settles, and your energy balances. Classes are thoughtfully designed and adaptable for every level, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned mover, you’ll find a pace that works for you.
No two classes are ever the same, we explore different focus areas each week, helping you improve flexibility, strengthen your body, and find more balance both on and off the mat. If you want a space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself (and maybe even have a little fun while doing it), this is your spot.

Thank you for visiting my page, I’m so glad you’re here. I found yoga at a time when I was craving a little “me time” after long, busy days at work and home. I wanted to feel like myself again. My first hot yoga class completely hooked me, I fell in love with the movement, the community, and the deep sense of connection it brought.
That experience led me to want to share this practice with others and all the beauty it can bring into your life. Yoga truly is for everyone, whether you love to slow down and find stillness or move through a fast, energizing flow. It’s a beautiful, meditative practice that has changed my life inside and out, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

What should I bring?
Just yourself. All props are provided, including bolsters, blocks, and blankets, so you can settle in and get comfortable.
Is this class beginner friendly?
Yes. This class is welcoming to all levels. You'll be guided with plenty of options so you can move and rest in a way that feels right for your body.
What happens if I’m unable to make it to a scheduled class?
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for missed classes.
If I have a class pack or gift card, do I still need to sign up for class in advance?
Yes, signing up in advance helps me maintain an accurate count of everyone attending.
Do you accept drop-ins for class?
At the moment, I do ask that all sign-ups are completed at least 2 hours before class begins.
What styles of yoga do you offer?
I offer Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, and flow-style yoga, both in live group classes and private sessions. Each class is designed to meet you where your body is, allowing you to move at your own pace and cultivate mindfulness.
Do I need prior yoga experience to join your classes?
No prior experience is needed! My classes are welcoming to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. I guide you safely, helping you explore your edge while honoring your body’s needs.
